When can I place a custom order?
We place orders with each shaper around four times a year.
How long does a custom board take?
This depends a little on a few factors, but normally 6-10 weeks. We will be able to give you a better timeframe at the time of enquiry.
When do I have to pay?
A 50% deposit is needed when the order is being placed, then the final 50% is to be paid upon board completion.
Can I talk to the shaper?
Yes, for sure. All shapers are happy for us to organise a call to discuss your custom order with them.
